We usually try to reply within a few working days. We are in a closed beta and work with limited resources, so thank you for your patience if we are a little slow.

If something is wrong with your invite code or you are waiting for an invite.

If a faculty is not in the school list or its details are wrong.

If you want to help build your school's preset or you spotted a quota mistake.

If you want to access, correct or delete your data. We answer within 30 days at the latest, as the law requires.

If you already use the app
For suggestions and bug reports the easiest way is to write from inside the app: More → Suggestions. Every suggestion is read.
No contact form
There is no contact form on this site; your message goes straight to our inbox. Requesting an invite has its own form.
