Buddy Plus
The core is free. Plus comes with a voucher for now.
Buddy Forever's core is free for everyone. Buddy Plus adds the Lavender and Mint themes and unlimited active patients, and for now it opens only with a voucher. There are no payments.

Free accounts will have a limit of about 15 active patients. We'll set the exact number after the pilot.
Buddy Plus
How to get Plus now
For now Plus comes only with a voucher.

Get a voucher code
Vouchers come from your school, a campus ambassador or the admins. Codes look like BF-XXXX-XXXX and contain no look-alike characters.

Enter the code
Settings → Plan → “Redeem a voucher”, or the “Got a voucher?” step near the end of setup. You type or paste the code; there's no link to click.

See your end date
It says “Buddy Plus until” a date. If you redeem another voucher, its time is added on top of your current end date.
No payments yet
Buddy Forever takes no payments for now and asks for no card details. If paid Plus ever arrives, we'll announce it here plainly.
Nothing is deleted when Plus ends
You see a notice in the app 7 days and 1 day before it ends. When Plus ends, your existing patients and data stay as they are. Adding new active patients above the free limit waits until you finish one or redeem a new voucher.

Does Buddy Plus cost money?
Not for now. Plus opens only with a voucher; Buddy Forever asks for no card details or payment.
Where do I find a voucher?
From your school, a campus ambassador or the admins. Some vouchers may be valid only for students of one school; they're checked against the school you picked in setup.
How many patients can I add on a free account?
We'll set a limit of about 15 active patients; the exact number comes after the pilot. Finishing a patient frees up room for a new one.
Can we work together if my buddy doesn't have Plus?
Yes. Pairing, the shared calendar and appointments are free for everyone. Themes and the patient limit belong to each person.
When will the “coming” items arrive?
The end-of-term report PDF and priority support are planned, but we can't give a date yet. We don't promise things that have no date.
